Act for Displaced is an international nonprofit organization working to advocate for the rights of Refugees and Displaced people around the world by raising awareness and spreading the insights, suffering, injustice, legal analysis, policymaking, and stories of Refugees and Displaced people to everyone.

Our blog is visited by readers from 70+ countries every month. As part of our mission, we want content writers with humanitarian knowledge and interest to co-create knowledge, write without fear, and help people in greater need of support.

Requirements:

  1. Passionate about human rights and interested to help the most vulnerable people in the world
  2. Intermediate knowledge of refugees, human rights, and displacement
  3. A knack for research and keen eyes for details
  4. Critical thinker and can reflect it on writing
  5. Ability to interpret and understand different ways of looking at situations
  6. Maintain the submission deadlines

Mode of Working: Remote (Online)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: 01 August 2021

Working Hours: 4-6 hours per week

Note: The role is voluntary
